About Greg
With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in my hometown, I have had the privilege of working closely with buyers and property owners throughout the Puget Sound area. My experience includes single-family homes, condominiums, income-producing properties, multifamily residences (2–4 units), manufactured homes, vacant land, waterfront properties, new construction, and luxury homes.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with FHA, VA, and conventional lenders, while also serving as an expert witness in tax and legal disputes involving residential real estate.
I earned my Business Degree from Western Washington University and built a strong foundation in residential appraisals, giving me the expertise to analyze property values, evaluate market trends, and provide clients with thorough and accurate property assessments. This background allows me to offer a unique perspective as a real estate broker, ensuring my clients receive comprehensive, up-to-date information about both properties and current market conditions.
