About Dave
I was born and raised in West Seattle. In 1987 I moved to Port Orchard with my family, and we have lived in this great community ever since. My entire career has been in the sales industry. The reason for my success is from an understanding that “people buy from people”, once trust has been earned. I live by that philosophy still today. In the real estate world, where a family is making a huge investment, there must be trust in their agent to have their best interest at heart. The realtor must negotiate the transaction with their dreams and goals in mind, and the buying process should be as smooth as possible. I bring that to every transaction for my clients.
When our family gets away to relax, we tend to visit a Disney park. Bringing our family together and spending time with Mickey, Minnie and their friends refreshes us. Walt Disney, through many books, and media of course, has coached me how to serve others through his innovative business style and commitment to his guests.
In 2021 I became a member of "Agent of Excellence", a national group of real estate agents who all enjoy Disney and the education we gain from the expertise Disney management has to offer.
