Hi, I’m Jessica Lopez, a real estate professional with Paramount Real Estate Group, proudly serving Kitsap County and the surrounding areas.
I’m a Kitsap County local, born and raised in Washington and a resident of Kitsap County since 1989. As an alumna of South Kitsap High School, I have deep roots in the community and a firsthand understanding of the neighborhoods, schools, and market trends that shape the area. This local insight allows me to guide my clients with confidence and accuracy.
With nearly 20 years of combined experience in real estate, I bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to every transaction. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I spent almost five years working for a title company and nearly five years with a mortgage lender. This background gives me a behind-the-scenes understanding of title, financing, contracts, and timelines—helping me anticipate challenges and keep transactions moving smoothly.
My work is guided by three core values: integrity, advocacy, and clear communication. I believe in being honest and transparent, standing firmly in my clients’ corner, and ensuring they understand every step of the process so they can make confident, informed decisions.
As a single mom of two, I understand how important it is to make thoughtful, well-planned decisions—especially during major life transitions. I take pride in being proactive, detail-oriented, and fully invested in protecting my clients’ best interests from start to finish.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and staying connected to the community I’ve proudly called home for decades.
